As the Headteacher, I am proud to lead a dedicated team of teaching and support staff who are committed to continuously improving our school, ensuring the best outcomes for every pupil.
We share a culture that is ambitious for our pupils, aiming to provide an excellent, relevant, and balanced education that focuses on personal, social and academic growth. We work closely with parents and professionals to create a supportive network that enables our pupils to thrive.
At Le Rondin, we believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to learn and grow in a way that suits their individual needs. Our school is co-located with Forest Primary School, allowing us to share resources and create a vibrant community focused on holistic development. Our shared mission statement, "Learning together to be the best we can be," reflects our commitment to collaboration and excellence.
We are proud to be a trauma-sensitive school, placing the rights of our pupils at the heart of everything we do. Our Gold Rights Respecting Schools Award, achieved in February 2024, is a testament to our dedication to creating a respectful and empowering environment for all.

Christine has become our unofficial 'contract manager'! She has had to learn so many new things, like how to unload a play area off a truck!!!! Day five: Work is underway on our traverse wall. It has a beautiful mountain design on it. Maybe it will inspire our pupils to take up hiking or rock climbing in the future. The main struts have been placed for the big climbing frame - it's going to be wonderful when we can play!
